I've been training here for ~9 months now - starting from scratch. I came for the challenging workouts and expert instruction, but stayed for the always welcoming attitude of the coaches and team - I'm hooked!

Been going here for 5 months. The classes have been great as someone interested in learning about boxing starting at zero. Super welcoming vibe. Even though they are group classes, the instructors are good at providing individual feedback.

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need boxing experience to join?

No. Most people start with little or no boxing experience. Classes are designed to help beginners learn fundamentals safely while still giving more experienced students room to improve.

What should I expect in my first boxing class?

Your first class usually includes a warm-up, basic footwork, punches, defensive movements, bag work, conditioning, and coaching. The goal is to help you get comfortable, learn the basics, and experience the gym environment.

Is boxing good for beginners?

Yes. Boxing is one of the best ways to build fitness, coordination, confidence, and discipline. You do not need to be in great shape before starting.

Do I have to spar or fight?

No. Sparring is not required for beginners or general fitness members. You can train, learn technique, and get in shape without competing or sparring.

Will I get hit during class?

Beginner and general classes focus on fundamentals, bag work, mitt work, drills, and conditioning. Contact or sparring is usually reserved for students who are ready, approved by coaches, and interested in that path.

What types of boxing classes do you offer?

Common categories include adult boxing, kids boxing, youth boxing, women’s boxing, beginner boxing, boxing conditioning, private training, and competitive/amateur boxing training.

What is the difference between adult boxing and boxing conditioning & technique?

Adult Boxing is the broader program name. Conditioning & Technique describes what happens in class: boxing fundamentals, footwork, defense, bag work, and fitness conditioning.
