Find your power.This 6-week women’s-only course is designed to teach the core fundamentals of boxing—from stance and striking to movement and defense—in a focused, supportive environment. Ideal for absolute beginners or those looking to sharpen their technique, the program ends with light partner drills and an invitation to join our women’s sparring group.
Weekly Breakdown
Week 1:- Stance, guard, punches 1–6
- Head movement (slips, bob & weave), intro to footwork (forward/back/lateral), intro to mitt work
Week 2:- Review: punches, head movement, footwork
- Footwork progression: pivots, angles, ring movement
Week 3:- Intro to defense: catching & blocking (orthodox)
- The 3 levels of defense—guard, movement, footwork drills
Week 4:- Integrating everything—punches, defense, footwork, head movement
- Light partner drills: jab tag, catch & return
Week 5:- Partner drills: catch/block/return flow
- Technical partner rounds (controlled, skill-focused)
Week 6:- Review and light flow drills
- Controlled rounds + invite to join Women’s Sparring Group
