Team training is for dedicated students ready for competitive boxing.The Nomad fight team is Coach Manny's competitive boxing program for athletes who want to test their skills in the ring. This isn't a fitness class — it's serious fight preparation led by a nationally ranked professional fighter.
Team training builds on the foundation of our adult boxing program and focuses on fight-specific conditioning, advanced technique, strategic game planning, and mental toughness. Coach Manny has conditioned fighters for their pro debut and continues to mentor the next generation of Seattle's boxing talent.

Manuel “Ak-47” Dunham is the founder and head coach of Nomad Boxing Club. A prodigy of the legendary Bumble Bee and a 6th nationally ranked amateur, Coach Manny has conditioned fighters for their pro debut and continues building champions in Seattle.
He doesn't just train fighters — he builds people. His team members describe Nomad as a second family, and Coach Manny's personal investment in each athlete goes far beyond the gym.

Yes. Team training is for students who already have a foundation in boxing — typically 3–6 months of consistent training. If you're brand new, start with our adult boxing classes and work your way up.
No. Team training is competitive-level training, but not every team member competes. Some athletes love the intensity of team training without wanting to fight. Coach Manny respects whatever your goals are.
