Coach Manny

Meet Coach Manny

Veteran BoxerHead Coach

Coach Manny has trained women's boxing champions and helped dozens of women in Seattle discover their strength through boxing. His approach is patient, technical, and deeply invested in each student's personal growth.

Many of Nomad's women members came in with zero experience and went on to compete at the amateur level. This is all done at their own pace, on their own timeline.

From Sparring to Sisterhood.

Started by women. Coached by women. Built for women. The Nomad Women’s Sparring Program is led by women every step of the journey — for newer members who remember exactly what it felt like to step into the ring for the first time, to experienced amateur fighters with 7+ years of training under their belts. We bring different styles, backgrounds, and perspectives, but we all share the same thing: Nomad grit. We train hard, we push each other, and yeah — the punching-each-other-in-the-face to best-friend pipeline is very real here.
