Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Does my teen need experience?

Not at all. Complete beginners are welcome. We'll meet your teen where they are and build their skills from the ground up.

Is sparring required?

No. Sparring is optional and only introduced when the student is technically ready and emotionally comfortable. Most of the training is non-contact bag and pad work.

Can my teen train with the adult classes?

Yes! Once a youth athlete develops a solid foundation, they're welcome to join the adult evening classes. Many of our teens train alongside adults and absolutely love it.

Can my teen compete?

Yes. We have opportunities for youth athletes to compete at the amateur level when they're ready. Coach Manny provides full support including corner work at events.
